Who are Draper Tools?
Draper Tools was founded in 1919 by Bert Draper and his wife Emily, and is still an independent family business over a century later - the fourth generation, Tom and Joe Draper, joined in 2007. The company is headquartered in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire.
Can I buy directly from Draper?

What warranty do Draper products carry?
All hand tools in the Draper range come with a lifetime warranty, excluding consumables and fair wear and tear. Toolboxes and storage carry 12-month cover, and Draper’s BUNKER modular storage range extends to a 10-year warranty when registered. How does the Draper storage builder know what fits?
The builder holds the real published drawer dimensions for every Draper chest, cabinet and combination unit it offers. Draper’s EVA insert trays come in quarter, half, three-quarter and full drawer widths, with standard trays 270mm front to back - so the builder only offers trays that genuinely fit the unit you have picked, turns quarter trays sideways where that is the only way they fit a shallow drawer, and tells you the exact millimetre reason when something will not go in.
Why did adding one tray place three?
Some Draper infill sets are several physical trays sold as one product. The builder places each piece separately in your drawers but prices them as the single product they are bought as.
