The Yale Y3 standard security nightlatch has been developed to offer customers a stylish contemporary lock combined with the performance and quality expected from Yale. It has a modern design and can be fitted as a replacement for the P77 traditional nightlatches with no additional chiselling required. The latch can be deadlocked by the snib button internally and the snib function enables the latch to be held back.
This nightlatch is suitable for both left and right handed, inward opening doors and is supplied with the Yale 1109 cylinder and 2 Keys supplied (Key blank: B-KEY-1109)
The Y3 nightlatches have a 60mm backset, this is the measurement from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole. Locks with a 40mm backset are normally used where there is restricted space, such as on a narrow glass panelled door.

This Yale Y3BLPB60 has a hardened case finished in Black and the Cylinder is finished in Polished Brass
