Details

The Union StrongBOLT Mortice Bathroom Locks feature an easily reversible radius latch that uses the unique UNION SwitchLatch technology, meaning that the latch can be reversed without the need for tools. The anti-rattle adjustable strike enables on site fine tuning. The plastic splinter guard and radius inner forend allows easy installation and a professional finish.

The lock has a chamfered bolt design to increase its performance under side load testing and makes drilling attack more difficult. Anti-pick and keyhole protection prevents forced entry by picking, and hardened steel pins provide resistance to attack from sawing.

The 14mm deadbolt provides secure positive deadlocking and additional resistance against attack. It can be locked or unlocked by the cylinder from either side

The Union Mortice Bathroom locks can be installed in the many UK mortices without the need for additional carpentry or spoiling the edge of the door.

Forend finish: Polished brass.
Case size: 81 x 109.6mm.
Backset: 57mm. This is the measurement from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole.
Centre: 57mm. This is the measurement from the centre of the follower, which operates the handles, to the centre of the keyhole.
