Details

This Pest-Stop Squirrel Cage is a traditional device for the humane trapping of squirrels or similar sized pests, such as rats. It has doors at each end to entice squirrels to enter and take the bate. Squirrels are naturally cautious and do not like entering unfamiliar spaces from which they can not see an exit. When the intruder takes the bait, these doors close, safely trapping it inside.

The cage is made from galvanised steel to resist rust, and has a carry-handle for easy transportation. It is supplied fully assembled and ready to be baited, and comes complete with simple setting instructions.

Please note: It is illegal to release captured live grey squirrels back into the wild. Therefore the captured squirrel should be humanely killed. For further information on this, contact DEFRA or the RSPCA.
