Details

A complete, professional quality three-piece set of internal and external deburr/chamfer tools, ideal for repairing damaged bolts and fasteners. Designed for power tool use for quick, clean and consistent results on a wide range of materials. The set covers all external deburring duties from 3mm to 35mm diameter as well as internal deburring tasks from 3mm to 19mm diameter. The large deburring tool has five tungsten carbide cutters for a smooth cut even on bigger bolts and fasteners, perfect for a commercial vehicle workshop. Both the smaller deburring tool and the countersink come with a 1/4" quick-chuck shaft for easy bit changes. The range of this set covers the most common deburring jobs around the workshop.

External deburr/chamfer tool 3 - 19mm: HSS blade 1/4" shank, speed 0 - 400rpm. Chamfer angle: 50 degrees (approx).

External deburr/chamfer tool 13 - 35mm: 5 tungsten blades, 9mm shank, speed 0 - 150rpm.

Inner deburring & counter sinking bit 3 - 19mm: alloy steel, 1/4" shank.

Effective on stainless steel, hardened steel, mild steel, copper, brass, wood, fibreglass, hard plastic.
