Details

A fully insulated set of trim, pick-up and inspection tools, together with lockout and shut down equipment, specifically selected for working on EVs and Hybrid vehicles. Each tool is fully insulated to VDE/GS and IEC60900 standards, approved for work up to 1000V AC or 1500V DC. The foam tray is made from high density PU foam, with contrasting colour cut-outs for each tool, to make for easy control of tool contents. Tray dimensions 563 x 409 x 37mm to suit most standard designs of tool cabinet, including Laser Part Nos. 5083 and 8248.

Set contents: Trim removal tool kit 4pc (Part No. 7550); 1 x flexible magnetic pick-up tool 420mm (Part No. 7211); 1 x flexible claw type pick-up tool 610mm (Part No. 7758); 1 x inspection mirror - 50mm diameter (Part No. 7885).

1 x Nylon lockout hasp (Part No. 7942); 1 x long shackle safety lockout padlock (Part No. 7943); 10 x terminal/cable end insulated covers (Part No. 7550).

1 x Disconnect & shut down digital timer used to accurately measure the required shut down period between switching off the ignition & disconnecting or reconnecting the vehicle's battery etc (Part No. 7477).

Safe operator use for live voltages up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC (VDE / IEC60900 approved).

Presented in a high density PU foam tool organizer tray (563 x 409 x 37mm) & designed to fit a standard sized roller cabinet drawer, such as including Laser Part Nos. 5083 & 8248.
