Details

An 18KW, liquid cooled heat inductor designed to allow the user to heat larger metal masses. Ideal for heating larger bolts, fixings, steel pins and bearing as found on heavy goods vehicles and on industrial assemblies. Can be used to help straighten bent HGV chassis, and modify beam axles to ensure correct alignment.

User friendly colour touch control panel. Electronic safety protection system. Heating temperature level setting & timer.

Long inductor cable (4.25m). Self contained liquid cooling system.

Applications: heating for straightening/bending/hardening/nuts & bolts. Pre-heating large weld areas prior to welding. Releasing stuck pivot pins & bearings.

Ideal for heating larger areas such as beam axles & HGV chassis rails to correct alignment issues.

400v, 3 phase, 50Hz power required. CE & UKCA compliant.
