The Connect EV/Hybrid Fuse 40A - 1pc - CPL (Part Number: CPL) is a genuine Connect product, supplied through official UK distribution.

A single 40 Amp high voltage BEV, HEV & PHEV bolt in style fuse, rated to 500V DC, used in the power controller unit of various VW Group vehicles. Fuses used in high voltage circuits must be securely mounted to prevent points of high resistance that in turn generate unwanted hot spots. This is why fuses for high voltage automotive applications (500V) are bolt in style. It is important that the correct torque is applied to the fixings bolt. Please ensure the fuse selected meets the requirement of the application and OEM torque setting are applied.
