Details

A comprehensive fuel pipe and connector kit, developed to allow the replacement or repair of the most common sizes of hard plastic fuel pipe and connectors found on modern vehicles. The kit enables the technician to produce an effective, professional repair that is in keeping with the OEM product. The kit contains male pipe connectors and female quick connectors in straight and angled formats as well as lengths of the relevant plastic pipe. Lengths of specially selected rubber fuel hose, pipe cutter and connectors plus twin ear clips are also included. To ease the fitting of the hard plastic fuel pipe to the connectors, use Laser Tools Pipe Connector Insertion Tool, Part No. 6933 (available separately). All contents from this kit are available separately.

10 different sized straight and 90 angled fuel line quick connectors for ID's: 6, 8 and 10mm (nylon pipe); 7.5 and 12mm (rubber hose).

5 sizes of straight male plastic pipe connectors for ID's: 6, 8 and10mm (nylon pipe); 7.5 and 12mm (rubber hose). 2 double ended fuel line connectors for 6 or 8mm nylon pipe to 7.5mm rubber pipe.

Connector constant running pressure: 5 bar (72psi); max pressure: 7 bar (101psi). Operating temperature: -40C to 120C. Always lubricate the connector with petroleum jelly or similar to assist assembly.

3 sizes of nylon pipes in 3 ID: 6, 8 and 10mm x 340mm long. 2 sizes of rubber hoses in 2 ID: 7.5, 12mm x 200mm long. 2 sizes of twin ear O-clips to suit rubber hoses, for hose diameters: 15-18mm and 17-20mm.

Stainless steel pipe cutter for use on for soft rubber hoses up to 35mm diameter.
