    good spec thats tested by BMW for the E92 M3 V8 engine (V10 aswel) but 8.8ltrs in the M3 V8 takes some warming up,,

    I HAVE USED THIS OIL IN MY BMW E39 M5 OVER MANY YEARS NOW AND THE OIL CONSUMPTION AS ALWAYS BEEN NIL BETWEEN OIL CHANGES AT THE RECOMMEND SERVICE INTERVALS. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS OIL AND WOULD NOT USE ANY OTHER BRAND.
