Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping is £2.99 to mainland UK addresses or free of charge for orders over £40. 

All items are shipped from the UK.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL for our deliveries depending on the value, location and size of the order.

Orders to Northern Ireland incur fee of £9.99

Orders to Highlands and Islands incur fee of £6.99

We ship most orders out on a 24 hour service but some orders go out of a 48 hour service depending on the product and location.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Town Tools is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
