This EVERBUILD Wet Rot Wood Hardener is a highly penetrative solution of selected resins in solvent which soaks deep into the fibres of decaying wood, and dries to leave the wood hard and resistant to further moisture penetration.
The resin-modified wood then becomes an ideal base for repair with EVERBUILD 2 PART HIGH PERFORMANCE WOOD FILLER. The solution is dry in 6 hours, and is suitable for interior and exterior use providing a cost-effective alternative to replacing joinery affected by wet rot.
The Hardener binds together damaged wood to form a solid base for filling, and will reduce subsequent water penetration.
