Details

Fire safety blanket for use on electric, hybrid, petrol and diesel vehicles. Designed for quick deployment on any vehicle as an effective method to contain flames, smoke and toxic fumes. Suitable for isolating and extinguishing high temperature fires produced from EV car batteries. Effectively starves oxygen to control self-oxygenating EV battery fires and prevents damage of thermal runaway and toxic fumes. Manufactured from high performance high silica with PU coating and high-grade stitching to withstand direct continuous temperatures up to 1000°C. Ideal for areas with high concentrations of cars such as car parks, garages, ferries, breakdown situations and controls risk of damage to surrounding infrastructure and other vehicles. Supplied in durable waterproof storage bag with straps for easy transportation and storage. Can be reused up to 5 times if the blanket has been closely inspected and fabric is not compromised. Once in position, the blanket should not be removed until emergency services have assessed the situation.

Free Delivery Threshold: Shipping is free to mainland UK on orders over £40, otherwise £2.99. Certain UK locations may incur extra charges based on size and weight.

Northern Ireland Shipping: All orders, regardless of order value, incur a flat rate of £9.99. This fee will be applied at checkout.

Carriers: We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL depending on order value, location and parcel size. Most orders ship on a 24-hour service, whilst others may use a 48-hour service.
