Laser Stretchy Belt Installation Tool - for Renault 1.2L Petrol 8637

The inner alternator drive belt on the Renault 1.2 engines listed below use a stretchy type belt and require a special fitting tool. Due to the crankshaft pulley being a double diameter pulley most universal tools are not suitable for this belt and pulley combinations. The Laser Tools 8637 fitting tool has been specially designed to fit the Renault 1.2 double pulley and allow the inner belt to be fitted easily and without damaging the belt.

Dacia applications include: Logan (from 2006), Sandero (from 2008).

Renault Application include: Clio (from 2012), Twingo (from 2008), Logan Stepway (from 2013).

For Renault 1.2 engines fitting inner alternator belt on engines fitted with air conditioning.

Engine codes include: D4F 740, D4F 764, D4F 770, D4F 772.

For use with Renault OE Stretchy (elastic belt) 117200033R / 3PK751 or aftermarket equivalent. Also suitable for use on 3 rib stretchy alternator belts. Made in Sheffield. UK Registered Design.
