Refund Process: Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the purchase price and our standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 days.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: Contact our customer service team at onlinesales@towntools.co.uk for replacements or further support.

Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return postage. For higher-value items, we strongly recommend a tracked and adequately insured service, and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
