Unique 360� locking swivel base for easy rotation. Mounts easily onto any strong and stable surface including loading bays, 4x4s, flatbed trucks and trailers. Heavy-duty chain and hook with safety clip. Dead man�s control release valve allows fine adjustment for safe, controlled lowering of load.
Manufactured from heavy-duty steel with a powder coated finish for added corrosion resistance.
