Details

The Metabo STEB 140 Plus Jigsaw has a robust, die-cast aluminium gear housing with an optimum motor design and VTC-Electronics for fast cuts into soft wood of up to 140mm deep. Offers precise and material-matched sawing due to the variable stroke rate, pendulum stroke with three settings and low-lying saw blade guidance with spring support.

Vario Tacho Constamatic (VTC) Full-wave Electronics allow for work with materials requiring customised stroke rates, whilst remaining constant, even under load. Restart protection prevents unintentional start-up after power supply interruption, for increased user safety and unwanted damage.

The Metabo Quick function allows for the blade to be change without additional tools. Achieves simple bevel cuts thanks to its footplate with rest points that can be adjusted without tools. There is also a selectable chip blowing function and a motion controlled LED work light for optimum cut line visiblity.
