The Makita DUR189RT Brushless LXT Grass Trimmer with Automatic Torque Drive Technology: RPM is automatically shifted between 4,000-6,000 min. according to density of weeds. This allows for better energy saving and lower noise levels. The speed indicator on the control panel shows 3x RPM levels, plus status of overload, overheat and over-discharge.

Its efficient brushless motor has a soft start feature and constant speed control with a reverse switch for grass clipping removal. For added safety, there is an electric brake. Fitted with a wire guard which reduces the risk of damaging fences, flowers or ornaments. Foldable for added convenience. It has a small protector for a better view of the cutting area and has a length-adjustable bending pipe shaft.

Supplied with: 1 x 18V 5.0Ah Li-ion Battery, 1 x Single Harness, 1 x Nylon Cutting Head, 1 x Accessory Bag, 1 x Hex Wrench and 1 x Charger.
