R grips can also be known within the industry as retaining pins, hair pins or spring cotter pins (sometimes split pins can called this also so please double check). Due to their sturdy design they are used as a retaining pin and usually placed through predrilled holes in shafts, clevis pins etc.

Wire diameter 2mm x working length 41mm.

Material - Carbon steel.

Strong, durable and corrosion resistant.

Applications include - securing clevis pins, cotter pins and other pivot pins.
